Submitting our quote form is a request, not a binding order. A quote we send back is valid for 14 days unless we say otherwise. An order is only formed when we issue a written order confirmation and you pay the agreed deposit.
You confirm you own (or have the right to share) any drawings, CAD files or designs you upload. You grant Forgeline a limited licence to use that material only to quote, manufacture and ship the parts you order. We treat your files as confidential and share them only with the factory making your part, under written NDA.
You agree not to use this site to upload malware, attempt to access systems you're not authorised to access, scrape content systematically, or submit requests for parts that breach UK, EU or international law (including weapons subject to export controls).
All text, images, branding and code on this site are owned by Forgeline Ltd or used under licence. You may not reproduce or republish material without written permission.
This site is provided "as is." We don't warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Anything described as a "lead time," "tolerance" or "saving" on the marketing site is indicative until confirmed in a written quote.
To the extent permitted by law, Forgeline's liability arising from your use of this site is limited to £100. This does not limit liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by UK law. Manufacturing liability is governed by our separate manufacturing terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
